The rules of the house

Below you will find some useful information for your stay:

• Check-in time is from 12 am to 7 pm by appointment and check-out is before 10:00 am. The administration offers a more flexible timetable upon request (depending on following bookings).
• The keys must be returned to the management at the time of check-out.
• Upon arrival, the guest is required to show a valid identity document, for registration, according to the current provisions of the law.
• Your data will be treated in compliance with the confidentiality obligations regulated by the regulation of the law n. 675 of 31/12/1996.
• The payement of the entire duration of the stay must be made upon delivery of the keys. The early departure will not give any right of refund.
• breakfast is served from 7 am to 10 am.
• For daily cleaning, customers are asked to leave the rooms by 10.30 in the morning, otherwise cleaning will take place the following day. We invite you to display the appropriate sign if you do not want to be disturbed.
• Those who use the kitchen are required to clean and tidy up CAREFULLY.
• It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the B & B.
• Entry and exit from the B&B are free. Please close the door every time you enter and exit for everyone’s safety. Never leave keys inserted in the lock
• The entry of unregistered persons is not allowed.
• The loss of the keys has a cost and will be charged to the customer.
• City tax is not included in the booking price
• If the customer does not show up by the day following the scheduled date and does not communicate any delays, the reservation will be considered canceled and no refund is due.
• We accept no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to objects of your property left in the rooms.
• We ask you to respect the environment and the other guests, if not so we will be forced not to allow your further stay in the B&B.
