We are Claudio and Vilma, we have been married since 1975 and we made the passion we have for hospitality our job.
We started the B&B Arbi in 2016: it is newly built and it has a private entrance on the ground floor It is elegant, refined and affordable, it is located in a quiet area on the outskirts of Bologna. Very convenient for the possibility of FREE PARKING IN THE NEAR PRIVATE GARAGE.
The MAGGIORE HOSPITAL, the DALL’ARA STADIUM, sports facilities, Spas and all the main bus lines in direct connection with the CITY CENTER, the Bologna FAIR, the train station, the AIRPORT, FICO , museums, churches, restaurants are all close to the B & B ArBi. The routes for motorway exits / entrances are quite simple.

Upon arrival, the keys are handed over and the stay IS NOT BOUND BY TIMES.
Our B & B ARBI consists of two adjacent but distinct structures.
• A Ducati apartment with independent entrance, peculiar and refined, suitable for families or groups of friends (4/6 people) is on two levels. A large living area including a fully equipped kitchen, lounge, dining room, bedroom and bathroom. On the lower floor there is a large bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed and a second bathroom.
• An apartment with a large entrance hall, two double bedrooms with bathroom (Lamborghini and Maserati), a single room with bathroom (Ferrari) and, in common, a fully equipped living room / kitchen, laundry room.

All rooms of the B & B ArBi have a BATHROOM and are equipped with:
• Air conditioning
• Mosquito nets (excluding apartment Ducati)
• Smart TV
• Fridge
• Free wi-fi
• Hairdryer
• Linen and courtesy accessories (shampoo, shower cap, soap)
The use of:
• Washing machine
• Dryer
• Iron and ironing board
is shared.
Pets are allowed by prior arrangement
We and our two dogs live in the same house..
Claudio has always had a passion for cooking and in the last 25 years he has made a profession of this passion by training in various specialization courses.
Breakfast is based on homemade products and will be prepared according to your preferences. All the jams are made by Claudio with the fruit that collects directly from the trees that he grows on our hills.
When your booking is confirmed, please inform us about your favorite breakfast.

Cleanliness and hygiene are really important to us therefore, in addition to the normal professional products for sanitary disinfection, we use the ozone system for the sanitization of the environment so as to guarantee a TOTAL HYGIENE.
